Mobility-Turkiye

The second mobility took place in Turkey. It lasted from 10 November to 15 November.

FIRST DAY OF ACTIVITY

On Sunday evening we warmly welcomed our guests from Poland and Spain.

SECOND DAY OF ACTIVITY

Let’s VISIT our SCHOOL – Eskişehir Anatolian High School!

Getting to know our guests from Spain and Poland with their partners from the school in Eskişehir Anatolian High School.

 We tasted local treats during a coffee break, joined fun ice-breaking games, and created comic strips on digital addiction. The day ended with an inspiring lecture by Prof. Mehmet Ersoy.

THIRD DAY OF ACTIVITY

We explored the cultural side of Eskişehir through a guided city tour. We visited Sazova Park, the Turkish World Center, and the historic Odunpazarı district. I especially enjoyed discovering unique museums like the OMM, the Wax Museum, and the Contemporary Glass Museum.

FOURTH DAY OF ACTIVITY

We moved from Eskişehir to the Frig Valley Natural Life Centre. After settling into our bungalows, we joined the camp opening ceremony and ice-breaking activities. Later, we visited the tomb of Seyit Battal Gazi and ended the day with songs and stories around the campfire.

FIFTH DAY OF ACTIVITY

We prepared and enjoyed a traditional Turkish breakfast together. During the scouting workshops, we learned how to tie knots, set a fire, and pitch tents. In the evening, we made çiğköfte, gathered around the campfire, and performed a pantomime on world peace.

SIXTH DAY OF ACTIVITY

We worked in groups to share our presentations and took part in the final evaluation. After receiving our certificates and enjoying lunch at the campsite, we packed up and said our goodbyes as everyone prepared for departure.
